User Agreement

  • The user may carefully read all the information on products and services as provided in relevant sections to get a clear idea on how to order.
  • All products are checked, screened, and assured by vendors to ensure they are of the standard, quality, and design they are representative of.
  • The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Kidoyz.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason — regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment received. The payment shall be refunded.
  • If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user (wrong or incomplete address), any extra cost spent by Kidoyz for re-delivery shall be claimed from the user.
  • Kidoyz attempts to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions. Slight colour variation is possible. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the item in unused condition.
  • All content on www.kidoyz.com — text, graphics, logos, images, downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of Kidoyz or its content suppliers, protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
  • The user agrees to give accurate, authentic, and true information. Kidoyz reserves the right to confirm and validate information provided by users at any point. False information may result in account suspension without prior intimation.
  • Kidoyz will not be liable for any type of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user exclusively.
  • Kidoyz shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery due to flood, fire, wars, acts of God, or any cause beyond our control.
  • The user certifies that he/she is at least 18 years of age or has parental consent.
  • Kidoyz shall not entertain any complaints after 5 days once the order is delivered.
  • When you order a product from our website, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our Terms & Conditions, Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy.
