Shipping Policy

Free delivery on all orders across India — dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Kidoyz ships its products to all parts of India, with a few exceptions. Orders placed before 12 PM will be dispatched the same day; the rest within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and national/regional holidays around the warehouse).

All COD orders are verified by a customer service representative via the registered phone number. Kidoyz will make 3 call attempts plus a WhatsApp attempt. If the order remains unverified after 3 days, it will be cancelled.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders. No additional delivery charges are applicable at checkout.

Note: Shipping charges for returned or cancelled orders are non-refundable if applicable. Kidoyz reserves the right to update shipping charges at any point without prior notice; changes will reflect at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time is within 3–5 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and holidays). Items that are heavy or high in volume may take a couple of additional days.

The delivery date provided in the order confirmation email is tentative. It may change once the order is shipped. Kidoyz tries to deliver as per the Estimated Delivery Date but is not liable for unavoidable logistics delays beyond our control.

Kidoyz reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual or the shipment is physically untraceable, and will refund the amount paid.

Dispatch Timeline

We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. You will receive a shipment notification with a tracking number once dispatched.

Tracking Your Package

We will email you the courier company name and tracking number to your registered email address. If you do not receive a mail within 24 hours of placing an order, please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours after dispatch.

Hidden Charges

There are no hidden charges. Our prices are all-inclusive — you will see the final price at checkout. We do not charge extra for taxes or delivery.

International Shipping

Currently we do not deliver to locations outside India. Customers can make purchases from anywhere in the world, but the delivery address must be within India.
