Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Sparksphere Venture Private Limited believes in helping its customers as far as possible.
If the received products are damaged or do not match the description on our website, kindly return the item within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate the refund.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
Sparksphere Venture Private Limited does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
Used Product
A product cannot be returned once it has been used, worn out, or damaged. Please ensure that the product is in original condition and unused. You need to return the product with all price tags, original packing, labels, and invoice.
Suspect Damage
At times, the outer packaging may appear to be damaged, but the actual product is fine in most cases. Kidoyz doesn't take liability for packaging damage. Get in touch with our customer care at +91 8383960500 (Monday to Saturday, 9am–6pm) within 24 hours of delivery if the product arrives damaged.
Defective Product
In case you receive a defective or damaged product, we will return or replace it. Please follow this process:
- Call us at +91 8383960500 and provide your Order ID.
- Our customer care executive will confirm your return request.
- The executive will inform you about the product returning process.
- Send an email with images and videos of the defect to [email protected]. Without this step, a defective product claim will not be accepted.
Incorrect Product
If the product received is not as shown on the site, bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. Our team will take an appropriate decision.
Discounted / Offer Products
If products purchased using a coupon or offer are returned, the coupon/offer will no longer be applicable and the benefit will not be included in the refund. For Buy-X-Get-Y offers, all related products must be returned together.
Cancellation
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If the order hasn't been shipped, go to your account page → Orders, and click Request Cancellation.
Refunds
In case of any refunds approved by Sparksphere Venture Private Limited, it'll take 6–8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
- Orders will be fulfilled as per availability.
- No refund option will be available due to any price change at any time.
- Kidoyz reserves the right to cancel orders without prior intimation.
